35489 Convert Template to Joomla

I looking for a professional web designer to fine tune an existing template into a more appealing design instead of what is shown. Don't laugh- I had nothing to do with the design. The requirements of the project are: Fine tune a template monster template over to Joomla for [login to view URL] Example of similar look at feel is [login to view URL],,4tdm,00.html. The Ivillage website shows only two columns, I want 3 columns as shown in attached layout. Fixed width of template at 1024 pixels. Centered in browser. Validate to XHTML and CSS W3C standards Attached is the basic layout position of the modules, etc The original design is based on template monster template [login to view URL] Fine tune the infinity menu system by making it more color appropriate instead of the 4 different color schemes. Design a logo. The theme I looking for is newspaper picture along with sexy lingerie picture and the font similar to the New York Times. The logo can be sexy cartoon like. I am open to any and all suggestion on the website design and logo. Please link to past example of your work.
