Create HTML template for wine store shelf talker

Project Description:
Our Point of Sale allows us to create shelf talkers based on the information stored in the item's table. The template will call on certain variables from the table to put together this shelf talker and render it in a printable format using html. On the screen shot I have drawn arrows to each item and the corresponding field name that needs to be called upon in the html template. I would like this to print on 1/2 of a standard 81/2 by 11 piece of paper. So please try to use font sizes representative of what I have used in the talkerpic.

I will attach 4 documents:

1. the notes from my pos company
2. the dictionary list of field names for the template
3. what i want the talker to look like when its generated.
4. a screen shot of what i tried to do so you can see what it looks like
