This project is for a custom design template for a vBulletin 3.0 forum including images, buttons, everything. You must have experience designing for vBulletin because it is done in templates and knowing the template system will allow you to make a good custom design.
We have a website and we need a custom design vBulletin 3.0 template to match the site. We can show you the old vBulletin 2.0 template, but you must create a great looking design template that matches the site for the new version, 3.0.
