Dating Website Design

Dating Website Design Project. I'm a programmer and I'm currently building an online dating website you can see here: [login to view URL] I'm not so skilled at Design and when you look at [login to view URL] you will see it looks ok but it lacks a professional touch. I'm looking for someone to work on the FRONT PAGE ONLY. I'm look for a extremely professional looking FRONT PAGE - Professional looking is the key. Attention to details is very important. Grpahics changes are ok, font, font sizes, layout, wording if you like etc. You can remove the shadowing, change colors, change the logo etc etc. I also really like the color white (its clean and professional). Change it how you think to best make it a professional looking dating website. I want to keep the main image (japanese girl) and i like the layout of the join but this can be put in another location. Also I want to have 3 Adsense Ads on the page in good positions - these are the potential Adsense sizes: [login to view URL] I'm will to scrow $50.00 to 3 people to see a quick mockup - not a finished product. If yours is the best then I'm willing to pay a further $200 for the final front page design. If any graphics are used I will need the originals.
