Grow VC is a marketplace for startup funding, where ordinary people can invest as little as $20 in new startups. We're building it with individuals, but also with incubators, angel networks, universities and other partners in the global startup market. Our HQ is in Hong Kong, our team of over 50 on six continents and our users from over 190 countries.

Grow VC is now looking for talented and driven UX/UI designers, front end developers and/or PHP / Symfony developers to our growing global team.
The candidate must have entrepreneurial spirit, great skills at software development and/or design, articulating a problem, clearly designing the solution in visual and written form, and outlining the reasoning behind the design decisions in the solution.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
+ Design highly interactive user experiences in web and/or mobile applications
+ Develop use cases, wireframes, scenarios, flow diagrams and conceptual diagrams
+ Designing and maintaining user-interface that delight users
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Experience
+ Experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, UI designer, or similar role
+ Fluency in best practices for web-based or mobile-based information design
+ Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
+ Experience working in a collaborative online team
+ Proficient using design tools such as those in the Adobe Creative Suite, Mockup tools like Balsamiq, Mockflow, Axure or similar
