Ebook HTML Layout Design

I need help from a graphic/web designer specialized in E-Book design. I'm writing a Guidebook to cycle in France. It has various sections with text, a column with additional information, maps, profiles and graphics. I would like a good layout that would make this E-Book stand out of the crowd and be visually appealing (it needs to look like an E-Book, not like a plain website). I want it to be done in HTML (no PDF). I only need a template page for each section and a cover (I will produce all the other pages in html once I like the design you'd produce). One template for the first section (the content is that of a standard book with intro and general info). The 2nd section has a page with a map and a profile, and another page with the info about the route including a title, a small table with distance, elevation, dificulty, starting location, etc. The main text describing the route, and a small box with additional info like things to see and special notes. The third section shows describes the detailed Climbs. On the same page it has a map filling close to half the space, and the other half is filled with a description of the climb. It also has a box with additional info. My budget is limited (it will be a free ebook to advertise my cycling tours in France), but negotiable. If we work together, I would prefer that you produce a minimum of 3 mockups to send me for approval.
