177132 Email Blast HTML

I need a flyer made and then made into a email code so I can send visual graphics in the form of graphic html. I hope I am explaining it correctly. Example, I sometimes get emails and the graphics are right inside the email and I dont have to download the [login to view URL] if I click on the graphic it directs me sometimes to a site. I need 4 email flyers made and for the flyers to have a video or song/flash attached.
