Experienced website designer required for several projects.

I am looking to establish a relationship with an experienced web designer for lots of projects both on and off of Freelancer.com. I have several projects with more in the pipeline and need someone who is a natural born designer, who understands user interface functionality and can create beautiful designs both with heavy or light graphics. THIS first project will be LOW COST, but please read on for other projects I require which will pay more. The first project I need you to work on is a classifieds website. This is a 6 page design that requires the following pages: Index Page Categories Browse Search results Post a new classified ad page User login area For ideas you should visit [login to view URL] & gumtree.com. I will give more detailed ideas to the winning bidder. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The second project is a single page website design required for Ferrari. Although the design will be single page, it will be separated into sections 'About, Signup...etc' with anchors used to the the visitor to the selected section. THIS WILL BE A GRAPHICALLY INTENSE DESIGN. Providing you are still working with me after the previous two projects, this project has a budget of £2000 and requires extensive UI design.
