Freelance Designer Needed For Long Term Projects

Hi,

I am looking for a freelance designer who can work with me on a long term basis. I have 10 different websites design projects in the row & after that 10 projects of wordpress theme designing. 1st I would like to work on the one website design and if I am satisfied with the design and the quality of work. I will go ahead with you further. I am ready to pay the following price for website designing :-

- Home-page design (PSD Design + HTML & CSS) = $50 maximum (no logo designing)
- Inner page design (PSD Design + HTML & CSS) = $25 maximum

I have mentioned the maximum price which I would like to pay for the website designing. If you can bid at lower price I will prefer you.

Please note that while biding, please include the reference URLs of websites which you have done so far.

I will sort-out the winner in the following way :-

1st Stage – I will check your reference URLs websites. If I like them I will select you.
2nd Stage – I will give you some reference website URLs and a design layout sketch. You have to design 1 sample (JPG file) on that guidelines. You can also create a another sample with your own design idea & color theme. I will sort-out the best.
3rd Stage – I will award the project to him/her.
4th Stage – I will complete one project with him/her. If everything goes well I will award other projects also.


What you should know while working with me :-

1) If I select you the winner for my 1st project. I will pay half the price in advance to start the work. Half price will be paid after you deliver the work.
2) While working with me you will have a big advantage that is time. I will specify the time line which will be around 7 days to deliver the work. But proper communication is a must. If need more time just let me know but I want quality work.
3) I will prefer a freelance who can work with me in a proper manner. I would like to give chance to those who are new at freelancer.com but have good experience in designing.
