Front page design for community

Project Description:
Hi,

I am looking for an experienced designer to design a new front-page design for a large (online FPS) gaming community.

All programming and template work will be handled by us, and sub-pages is also something we can develop ourselves based on the base-design / graphical profile you provide.

We already have a good (new) logo that we would like you to use in the design, so logo design will not be necessary.

The website is to be a centered design, at least 1024px wide, and must be modern, clean, fresh and have good readability.

We wish to keep the theme "game neutral", so it should ideally not be themed specifically for a given game or at least be flexible in that department.

We are a community dedicated to the fun aspects of life, and thus little hints of humor in the design would not hurt - but it is absolutely not a requirement.

Being a community based on volunteer effort and donations, we are absolutely dependant on a designer who can provide a guarantee for 100% satisfaction / unlimited revisions / money back if not satisified.
