I need someone to create a website where people can bid on available homeworks from clients of the site. Much like this website with a few minor changes.

The final project must look like the website www.scholarrescue.com but obviously better and more atractive.
Please before submiting your proposal for the job, make sure you have checked out the website above and that you can do the job.
It is important to have a good comunication and a job well done is a job that should be well rewarded, so I am offering an extra $100 for a job well done.
The initial cost to start the job must be low and higher payments towards the end only.
