Magento Theme Modification

Project Description:
Looking for an experienced Magento developer to modify a theme, http://8theme.com/demo/blanco/ .

*Who We Want*
1. North American/European developer
2. No agencies! Only individuals
3. Must speak fluent english and should be available for skype meetings

*Technical Skills We Need*
1. Must have Magento experience with portfolio
2. Graphic Design experience
3. Ajax, CSS/CSS3, HTML5, Jquery,PHP, etc.

*What We Want Done*
1. Simplify the theme (CSS changes and slight layout rearrangements)
2. Make theme responsive. Would like it to be very simple to use and navigate on mobile devices. (Use http://www.responsinator.com/ for testing purpose. Best if you have actual device, example iPhone/iPad)
3. Make the theme match our existing branding goals and design
