Need creative, edgy, artistic web design for blog skin

No templates bids. Looking for real artistic talent on this project - if you like to draw and create, this will be fun for you. This is for a home page and sub-page design only. No coding or other work, just the artwork. For this project we are looking for a custom home page design and sub-page template for a blogger skin. We are looking for something really creative with custom graphic illustration like comic book style, graffiti, cool cartoon, some really eye popping, edgy artwork. You will need to provide more than once concept, preferably three but possibly up to five depending on client feedback. You will also create some basic ad banners for standard sizes. We'll need the PSDs CRITICAL: you must provide several examples of similar project where you created the custom artwork and illustrations.
