New layout for www.entid.se

Entid.se is a web tool for companies to handle there opening hours and a search engine for consumers.
What should be done
---------------------------
* Redesign the page to make it feel more modern, think WEB 2.0. Assume our logo in the choose of matching colors. You do not need to follow today's layout/colors, new ideas are appreciated!
* The design should be adapted for SEO.
* Separate the private and the company sections, like in tabs or something. The private section should be the "main page".
* Consistent text styles and colors, should work for both pc and mac.
* The section for companies should have a nice feature list. Text (in english) and inspirational pictures should be developed.
* Designing how errors appears for example missed text fields.
* The new design should be on all pages even on the create account and user account page for the companies.
* The filetype should be PSD sources with all elements
* We would prefer to have a long-term cooperation
