Project Description:
I have an existing web site and an existing logo for our business which needs a refresh look and feel.
I need a new template that works with Ezimerchant V4.5 shopping e-commerce software. I also need the logo re-designed.
Your page and logo design must be unique without copyright violations.

We want the layout and navigation similar to this http://osc4.template-help.com/osc_28662/index.php.
The colour scheme needs to be similar with a black background with some neon accents.
The logo needs to also be re-designed so it looks like a neon tube sign illuminated against the night sky. Preferably against a skyline of Sydney at night. We want each character of the logo to be in a different colour and look like it is made of neon tube. The logo wording is as follows: elec2go (large lettering) for the amazing light that glows (to be in smaller font and positioned under the word elec2go)

Up-date to my advert:
Please understand that I am after a template, not an entirely new shopping website.
What I am after is a template to go on Ezimerchant V4.5 shopping cart.
I also need a re-designed logo.
Logo to be incorporated with the template.
I need full copyright on both.
Please do not offer me another shopping cart or a re-design of the entire website.
