I would like to hire a professional smarty php website designer and developer for dating site.
I would like to have a visual and catchy look dating site. Anyone who wants to apply please apply with some Mockup and plan.
I am seeking someone that can also add the ability for users to chat live with audio (microphones) and video (webcams) to Chat. Chat works with Smarty PHP and JavaScript.. I am looking for something along the lines of the audio and video chat. I want users to be able to use their webcams and microphones in private messages only. I will also need a feature that sends a request to the user if another user attempts to view their cam with the ability to reject the request.
Lower bid will get this job. Budget is no more than $450. I need the site done within 15 days.
