Project Description:
I need a 2 optin boxes created for my website.
One needs to be displayed as a widget on a wordpress site and the other needs to be a horizontal optin box that I can add to any page. I am using mailchimp, so please factor in the code on the final product. When everything is all said and done, you will send me 2 png/psd/xcf files and the html + css to embed either form where I need to. If you are adept at wordpress then you can just install them for me.
