We seek a website design for a set of eLearning Modules that reinforce call center reps' phone skills. We're looking for a couple of mocked-up pages, we can write the HTML, and code the functionality. Each module consists of (a) login page), (b) 5-6 pages of introductory material. and (c) a series of exercises where users must handle different customer situations (eg, respond to an angry customer) while being timed, receiving a score based on speed and correctness of response. The interface should have a playful, game-like feel to it.
