I need a real estate portal layout design in psd. I'll code it PSDtoXHTML. So i will do the coding part and need the Photoshop design only. It's not a simple real estate website. It should be a portal with lots of categories and search options like http://www.sahibinden.com/emlakWQQaXQQ3518WQQpXQQcategories . Since it is just the photoshop and design part i do not have a very high budget. If these conditions are okay for you please return me with your previous works. I ll need to see sample s before i accept it. Thank you

Do not send me the template stuff which can be found by a little google search! Stop wasting my time. I do not need a simple real estate web layout which can be created by ps tutorials on the net. I AM NOT PAYING MORE THAN 50-100$ FOR A SINGLE LAYOUT. I M NOT ASKING FOR ENTIRE WEBSITE JUST THE PSD DESIGN WHICH IS %10 OF THE TOTAL WORK. SINCE I AM GONNA CODE IT BY MYSELF FROM PSDtoXHTML I ONLY NEED THE PSD DESIGN LAYOUT SO THE MOST I CAN PAY IS 50-100$. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME BY BIDDING HIGHER THAN THIS.
