Reliable, creative, designers needed - website, logo, graphics

Needed immediately a website designer(s)- currently have 5 sites that need designs. I am looking for two prices from all repliers: Cost for just providing a design and no coding (means only provide a homepage design, and 1 subpage design as sliced psd). Cost for providing design and coding (means provide designs and html, php etc to make the site live for the www). If you only do designs that is fine just provide that. Provide me a link to only your best work - I don't want to get links to 20 different sites that you completed. I am ready to chose a designer as soon as I see a good price and great, atypical designs.
