I need to rebuild a website of around 19 pages using Ruby on Rails interfacing to a mySql database I need someone who is not only very skilled in RoR but who can take PSD files and create the appropriate CSS for the site. We have very specific about the look and feel of the site. The site will be hosted on Linode so I need someone familiar with Capistrano as well. Finally, I will need to also develop some rails web services along with the website.
