I want to award this project today as soon as i get a designer that can deliver the quality of layout and graphic design that i want for my site. so, it's important you bid only if you can accept my terms below, because i have no time for renegotiations (some people bid on my projects in time past then came around to try to renogatiate higher prices or work with me. I can place funds in escrow even before you get started. 1) Present your design on your local server, edit until it's acceptable (50% payment will be made). 2) Install it on my server, test it (50% balance paid) UNACCEPTABLE BIDS *Bids over $100 *Bids that show no sign of your having read the description. *Bids that are just a list of your sites. *Bids that are just a list of sample sites that are not similar or closely related to my kind of site/product (ebook/software). WHAT I WANT TO SEE IN YOUR BID: 1. I want only experienced designers with proofs/sample of designs you have done before, that are similar or closely related to my kind of site/product (ebook/software). 2. Tell me what you can do for me and what i should expect from you and let the samples of your work speak even louder. Dont send me samples of sites that does not bear the contact details of the owners, as i would like to contact the owners of those sites to verify that you did them. 3. FEW SAMPLES ONLY: Due to time constrain, and the urgency of my project need, i would not be able to go through all the sample sites listed in most people's portfolio. But i would not be able to assess whether you are a perfect fit for this project or not, unless i see your sample designs. So, to enable me make a quick decision to award the project to you or not, please, kindly send me just 1, 2, 3 or at most 4 sample sites, that are sales pages for ebooks or software or related products/services that you have done. This would enable me to assess your compatibility with what i want or otherwise.
