Seeking Talented Web Designer - Must Have Great Portfolio

I'm looking for a full time designer to join my team. Due to personal life changes, my old designer I had for the last 10 months just quit. Types of designs I will need include: websites, website banners, logos, product labels, advertising banners (standard sizes). This is a full time position in which I'd expect you to be available roughly during the 9-5 MST time frame. I'm a little flexible on timeframe. What I'm looking for: - Great communicator. Available via skype and chat to discuss designs and projects - Regular status updates. Be proactive about telling my team where we stand on a project - Honest - work when you say you are working, show up when you say you will, and finish projects when you say you will finish them - Happy to submit revisions - you need to be able to cheerfully revise work until my team is satisfied. If revising your designs make you angry this job is not for you. - Self motivated and proactive about communicating when you need more work or when you see things that need improvement. Don't just sit around waiting to be told what to do, proactively seek ways to improve our websites/designs - Not mandatory, but having the ability to code HTML/CSS would be a huge bonus Please provide samples of your work. Our arrangement will be temporary until we figure out whether we are a fit for each other.
