Hello, to be short I need a web site for service seekers and providers, similar in functionality to this site, oDesk and Linkedin(but not for IT, and of local coverage), with engine being able to recognize job types already in database and adding new ones if non existent while job description is being written.
It would not be for IT industry, but will have much wider audience, many of them Internet illiterate, so the web must be clean, simple and fast.
Your job application MUST have following info:
-SIMILAR projects done
-Estimated cost
-Estimated time for finishing it.
-Short specification of technical solutions used in delivering this project.
