Simple: Convert XHTML pages to old image-spliced table-layout HTML
Project ID:
174889
Project Type:
Fixed
Budget:
$30-$100 USD
Project Description:
I have 9 simple, clean CSS-based XHTML pages which I need converted BACK into old-fashioned HTML with table-based layout for use in emails.
Web-based email readers like Gmail or Yahoo do not allow style sheets (neither external nor inline). So all layout must be done with old-fashioned dreamweaver/fireworks-style image splicing and table layout. You will need a Gmail account to test your work.
Rules: no use of ID or CLASS attributes. Divs with style tags are still ok but no CSS url() backgrounds or CSS positioning.
The first one is already done (it took me about one hour) -- but that was my first experience with table-based layout so I suck at this. Anyone with lots of table-based layout experience should be able to do the remaining nine in a day or two.
