Swapping two websites

Our company is rebranding our brands. We would like to transfer everything from our web address A to B and transfer everything from web address B to A and give a facelift of brand new home pages and add 5-10 new pages on each in order to make senses. These two websites are built with Magento ecommerce function with shopping carts. The difficult part is website A 5 years history with nearly 1000 products in history and 600 active skus that all need to be transferred to B. And website B is has less than a year history with less than 25 products but need to create more new pages to add company’s branding image to it. Although we are not 100% familiar with all the webmaster technique that will need to be taken place to perform this project, but we have a clear vision how we want these two sites to look like, therefore we will like to first chat with the freelancer before decide on the winner. The freelancer will need to propose through chatting what they are going to do and how they will do it, and after we understand what will goes into the project, then we will pick a winner. One example is saying we have been running our retail site on our "Sam Walton's website" but now we want to transfer everything to the "walmart" site and use it as a retail brand. The "sam walton" site will then become the company's main site and support and sell only to our wholesale customers. And that’s the idea. The back office should look exactly the same after swapping after sign in. Customize two new home pages along with adding new pages to the company’s main site. When you move the current 600s products from website A to website B,this will also includes redirect all searching key words and images from all searching engines to be redirected.
