This website has four pages.
Page #1 Inteface: Showcases videos just like http://www.mennomans.com I do not want more than 15 videos per page. Also when hovering over one of the images text shows up like in the example of the first photo in the file that I have attached
Page #2 About: This page describes who I am as a video maker and what skills I have and what direction I am taking.
Page #3 Project Inquiry: I want a form which asks: the buyers information: Name, e-mail. Due date for project (Optional), Project details, Budget price (optional)
Page #4 Contact: Simple contact form.

FURTHER DETAILS:
I would like to see the boxes of the interface on page 1 bigger than http://www.mennomans.com as a second option to see if I like a bigger image for the 15 videos per page.
I want the background to have a light grain feel to it. (I can send you this photoshop action).
I will need help for final polishings on website. Also I prefer everything be done on WORDPRESS.
