Web Designer needed - emails and websites

I need someone to do design work for me - I'm just not good at it. This will start with emails and basic page layouts.
Your work examples will tell me whether you are right for the role so just send me examples.
Ideal candidate will know how to:
Design in Photoshop
Have experience designing great landing pages
Be able to convert to HTML is a bonus (not mandatory)
Be a good communicator
Have a design style capable of these website examples
