Project Description:
We are excited to be building a new social networking site based around the food industry!
We are looking for serious, professional, reliable and competent designers who enjoy what they do and are ready to help us make our new site look the best that it can be.

Basically, we have the EIGHT PSD pages that we will plan to use for our site. Therefore, design from scratch is NOT what we are looking for. Rather, we are looking for someone with design experience to help improve the look of our current mock-up psd files. We are looking for a more web 2.0 look and feel and are hoping to improve on the depth of colors, shadows, contrast, etc in colors.
In addition to this, we ask for a general clean-up of our designs - this means ensuring that designs are perfectly positioned and alignment is aesthetically appealing to the eye. The PSDs must also be organized in layers and those layers need to be organized in folders. We aim to have the PSDs converted to HTML on completion of this project.
Also note, we have aimed to work within the 960 grid system with our PSD pages - this may also need to be reviewed and touched up by the successful applicant.

Ownership:
All code and original graphic files will be owned by Us.
Designer agrees to forward to us a .zip file containing all code and all original graphics files (PsD/PsDlayered + jpg/png/gif etc.) upon final payment.
Timeline:
We need this redesign completed very quickly after chosen Freelancer has been awarded the project.

We prefer a Designer who is willing to be involved in this project with useful SUGGESTIONS and IDEAS.
You must be able to speak in clearly understand English or it is reason to cancel the project.
You must be able to provide excellent communication and support via email and consistently provide updates with our project, as we will ask for them frequently. Failure to do this will result in termination.
