hello, I am the director of small van removals company that moves peoples stuff when they are moving homes, for us to start the work we need a web based system that has the following functionalities:
1: give instant quote based on the form options the potential customers fill online and in the meantime give them the ability to book a job online(once they see that the quote is satisfactory), as soon as a customer books online we want the system to send them a text msg(sms) as a confirmation(majority of the customers don't trust the web confirmation without an sms sent to them).
2: we want the system to automatically allocate jobs to the drivers based on their availability(calendar functionality is needed) we want the calendar to be linked with the web booking module so that if all of our drivers are busy with jobs it will advise them to choose another time slot, we also want a diary of the bookings of each driver so that we avoid a conflict when booking a job over the phone.
3: we want an enhanced reporting system for managemnt and marketting use, such as how many bookings for the day, what is the gross income, where did our customers came to us from....etc
4: Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to keep tabs on all communications with our clients
5: invoicing system.
please advise me about the cost of the application development and the time scale.
