I need someone to take a PSD template which I provide, along with audio recording, screen-capture, and annotations with concise details (which I include as well) on how to modify the original PSD template.
Then I'll need my modified PSD template to be programmed in HTML; it's also a must for the site to be viewed on mobile devices.
Get back to me urgently so we can get started!
