Web/UI/template designer

Project Description:
We are looking for a talented designer with experience creating web 2.0 style designs. You should be able to produce clean, minimal and simple designs that are easy to navigate and highly usable. HTML and CSS experience is not required - deliverables will be in PSD format - but you should have enough html/css knowledge to fully understand the constraints and opportunities in designing for the web rather than other mediums.

This is an ongoing project and you must be available for at least 30 hours a week. You must also be able to provide contact details for a recent client (less than 3 months) who we can contact for a reference.To show that you have read and understood this post, please begin your message with the name of a common CSS framework.
