NOTE: Please ignore my proposed budget of between "$250 - $750 ", and bid what you believe is fair.
We are in the process of developing a large website. Our wireframe is currently over 200 pages, and we are looking to hire a few graphic artists to help us design a non-functional mockup of the entire website (PSD). This would include identifying the right color combination and creating the overall look and feel of the website (graphics, icons, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS - Please BID ONLY IF you meet the following requirements:
1. You are comfortable with voice communications over Skype (English)
2. You are not a jack-of-all-trades and are focused primarily on graphic design
