Website/Online Shop needed for a new Jewellery line. Similar to:

http://www.shoesofprey.com/gallery (only the shop now section - not the "start designing" and other sections)
REQUIREMENTS:
-Sophisticated design, but easy and quick loading
-Easy to add new pictures (with zoom option, also minimum of 2 pictures per product)
-Easy to edit text
- Shopping Cart with Paypal Checkout
- SOE
-Feature product + On sale on home screen
-Bookmark/Link to social networking websites (e.g. Facebook, “Like us”)
-Email newsletter with updates on new products
- Ability to Log in and sign up, Join “Our Mailing list” and ability to save addresses for quick checkout next time for customers
- Contact form

- Separate by Necklace, Earrings, Rings, Bracelets, Other, Clothes (with the clothes page saying 'Coming Soon') etc
- Collections (where I can feature photoshoots and break up the jewellery into different seasons/shoots

The design needs to look professional, sophisticated, yet simple enough. The site will include multiple pictures of jewellery with descriptions of the pieces.
