The new design requires to be creative and unique and needs to represent who we are, our logo and our name. It needs to be simple, clean and effective.

CMS required: ASP.NET based preferred (currently site runs on Umbraco) but PHP based CMS is also accepable as we're changing the whole site (WordPress, Joomla etc)

High quality of graphic work and code (HTML+CSS) work required - it will be assessed by our senior developer (20 years of experience) - very picky.
