Hi,
I need a price quote for the project & a time frame - i.e. how soon it could be done
The website project has three phases. Phase one includes the follwing tasks:
1. searching online for a fitting and appropriate template - we are in the travel industry and book hotels, vacation
tentals, cars, cell rentals, airport service, and tours
2. purchase of the template
3. (the template should be a wordpress template)
4. design a brand new logo
5. design a "call to action" and place it it a good spot on the homepage
6. make pages for our services. There should be a total of 11 service pages. We will also need to create a
homepage, contact us page and blog
7. Sometimes such templates willl have certain features or content which need to be removed, changed or placed
in a different location. For example, if the template comes with a built in booking system, it will need to be
removed from most pages and only left on the pages that it applies to, i.e. if it's a car booking widget, than it
should only be on the car landing page
8. will we need to add 2 social icons to the homepage and may need to change the url that they link to
9. search out appropriate high quality pics & add them to the homepage banner & inner page banners
10. upload the template to the domain
11. if the template comes with a a grainy WP background, we will want to remove it
12. put in a "ring me" button from our phone system - (i have the code)
13. upload content: pics and text
14. there may be minor editing to do to text, i.e. spacing, word wrap, etc
15. the owner may decide to change some of the pics in the homepage banner and in the inner page banners a
few times before we complete the job
16. creating company email accounts and setting them up to forward to the appropriate personal email accounts
17. obviously, pics and text should be formatted nicely and look good. if its not, it should be adjusted
18. put in fancy looking quotation marks on the FAQ page
19. assistance setting up google apps for the site and its email accounts
20. the layout of contact page should be edited so that all the info is above the fold
21. provide me with a user ans password to the backend to make minor changes on my own
22. delete any incorrect content, if there is any
23. some min nav buttons will need to be made unclickable
24. all sub menu options will need to be clickable
25. we will need to rename some of the top nav menu buttons and create a few additional top nav buttons
26. templates usually come with different color options, we may want to change the colors
27. the blog should be accessed from the top nav and should look like the rest of the website.
