Hi, I am creating an entirely new business that requires a database to do the following Interface between suppliers and service consumers track the location of suppliers and service consumer Payments are made through paypal which will be stored so the supplier and consumer do not have to enter in each time The site allows the scoring of the service provider and the consumer to which will show on both the driver and the consumer. I will require the winning bidder / organisation to sign a non disclosure, non circumvention agreement prior to commencement of work on the project.
