Project Description:
This project requires a new website layout to be designed. The website is coded in php and currently shows nothing but simple form elements and text. A new HTML 'template' is required to merge with the functional code to give a high quality modern look to the site. A logo will need to be designed to be used within the designs. The design should be simplistic along the lines of apple.com or spotify.com.
Approximately 5 unique page designs are required based on the same theme throughout the site:
home page, registration page, 2 other specific pages which will be discussed after an NDA is signed, and one generic blank page with seperators.
Please note, only bids with a portfolio of impressive past design work will be considered.
NDA form will need to be signed before work can begin or technical project details are relased.
