We have been developing web sites for fifteen years as an agency. So, we have a good sense for the skills that are needed. You will be working with two members of our virtual team building a network of 100-200 sites initially. We will also ask you to set up Google Profile, GMail and other social profiles as part of the ongoing activities.
Your candidacy for working with us will be enhanced if you can save us time or money building a network of sites. Please don't respond to this ad if you are not an experienced WordPress developer who works quickly and with a minimum of errors.
We are not paying milestones of any kind; we've been ripped off in the past paying these. You must be available via Skype during standard US business hours - we are based on Pacific Standard time (west coast of the US). By "being available" we mean accessible for calls (not text); if you don't speak good English this is not the right job for you (sorry) as back and forth communication is a hallmark of this kind of a project.
Please point us towards samples of your recent work and couple this with a good sense of your experience. The more specifics you can provide us with the better, as this position is critical to the overall success of this project.
