Project Description:
I need a simple theme designed. You do not have to worry about programming the theme as we already have a programmer for it. The theme is for a legal website that helps with credit card debt summons.
Here is a sample website to give you an idea of the type of site this is being designed for:

On the graphics end: I will need a nice header, I do not have the title of the site at the moment, you can just put CREDIT CARD DEBT HELP as a placeholder.
The navigation will be right under the header. I want it to consist of catagories I have on the site. We will have between 5-6 catagories. I want the buttons and the text to be large.
I will need a right side bar. Right now I need thing things on the side bar:
- Categories section
- I will need another section that will contact a graphical representation of our ebook (you will need to design this ebook) Look at the above link for an idea
- Below that will be an email capture form. Please look at the link above to show you an example of something that we will do. I want the ‘call to action (submit)’ button to stand out like it does in the above example.
There will only be one blog post per page. I will need social networking icons show on this page (google +, facebook like, twitter, fan page, ect) We would like to see these close to the actual title of the blog posts (kinda like how this site does it:

I will also need a facebook login button on the design. Below the blog post I will require facebook comments, please show this in the design.
At the end of this project, we will require all working files (psd and ect) of the project, as well as exclusive rights for this theme and images (do not resell this theme to anyone else)
