To fix and complete a very simple few page website

Project Description:
This is a small project to fix and complete the development my simple 4 page website for it to look professional.

Domain: z-tops.com. Most content is in place already. Tasks include:

- Redesign the site template, and apply across the site for consistent look and feel. Mainly is to re-format. Not much design to do. The design is going to be simplest - almost like google.com!
- Redesign the search results page template to serve sponsored search results (XML feed) with 10 or so relevant links - this will be simple also.
- Add hyperlinks to site home page: these will be search results pages.

Only experienced developer/designer with good feedback and experience in working on search result pages need to apply.
For an experienced site developer/designer, this should only take an hour or two.
Budget is fixed $30.
