htaccess file needs adapting for 301 redirtects

Hi I have a htaccess file that I am trying to write for my new website. I have enclosed the file, the domain to domain 301redirect works fine, but I am trying to do other 301 redirects to certain pages, but cannot get them to work. Other web pages that do not have 301 redirects set up individually, need to point to the main domain. This is urgent and I believe is probably quite simple for someone who knows what they are doing. This needs to be done today if possible.
