I have a website that is basically build for passing information. This means that there is a home page with a menu structure a special page with a picture you can click on and choose the information and a contact form with a Google maps embedding. All other pages are the same in lay out and programming, only the content differs and is ch/anged several times a year. lso the amount of info-pages can change over time.
Another specific property is that the site is bi-lingual and that you can change language on any page and the result of changing is that you land on the same page in the other language (so there is no need to go back to the home page and change language there and have to try to find the original page again).
The website is build with MODx as CMS and is maintained by myself with full access to the back-end. You can find the site at www.rimpelconsult.nl.
The project is to have a critical look to the appearance of the site (is it still up-to-date) and to convert it to a more responsive one so it also fits in a smart phone, a tablet or a laptop and you can click on telephone numbers etc etc.
For a full understandig I have added a SLA-like document with all the wishes and requirements.
My company is a very small one and my budget is maximum $500.
