ning design for personal blog

I am going to be using NING for my blog/network and will need it to be customized and design towards my liking, below is a discription of what i am looking for and other sites from which you can gather ideas from. [login to view URL] I want a header with my picture to be similar to the file thats attatched. Where it says "Dondria" I want it to say Krystal vs Charlie. Be creative with these colors: Black, blue, pink, grey
