UK only - 1 Page website design - strong graphic design rq

UK BIDDERS ONLY

I need someone with strong design skills who can make more than just a simple one page site but something unique, brandable and memorable, being full of creative ideas and passion is a must.

The brief.
the website url is www.quackandcover.com, and will be an insurance affiliate site with some kind of theme relating to ducks.(because are n't you just tired of listening to meerkats) the only required functionality is that i need 5 links, (maybe 5 clickable ducks) one for Home, Car, Bike, Travel and Business. I'm a non tech but maybe it could include 'hover image' effects. You are bidding on the design and providing the relevant files for me to get this page online. This design should also include a logo.

You're free to use any straplines or quips you can come up with. This project is for the one page site.

Anyone tells me they can do this because its 'sssssimplees' will get something just as witty in return.

BID PRICE IS IN SINGAPORE DOLLARS (2SGD=1GBP) I am English but currently living in Singapore, and my freelancer account is linked to my SGD bank account so please make sure your bid price is in SGD.

FUTURE PROJECTS
Once this project that is being listed right now is complete, I'm hoping i can work with someone that has ideas perhaps on including animation, a story line, can come up with concept design and project manage the development through their own connections and not through freelancer. Future projects will include the design of social media accounts for this website, fb, twitter etc
