simple website template (re)

i need a simple website template with a real estate theme to it. it is loosely based on this layout: [login to view URL] the layout i want is as follows: table 775 wide the top layer spans the whole table and is the header. on the right of the header i need a stock "real estate" image. you provide the image. the left side of the header should have a background shaded a color that merges with the image. i want to put a textLogo on top of it, approximately 160 wide. second layer should be a navagation line running across the width of the table. use this site for a guideline: [login to view URL] the squared edges are good. i would need you to provide the background color/shading, and the lines that break nav button from nav button. the navagation needs to be changeable by me, so make it accomodate linkText on top of a background (as opposed to making them images, which i don't have the skills to change) underneath that comes a shaded line that spans the entire table that i'll put the text of the company's "catchphrase" on. on the fourth layer of the table, the template breaks into two parts: (background color for both parts is white) > Left hand navagation which is 160 pixels wide. i want the graphics needed to create those shaded "boxes" where i can insert the headings/links/texts for lefthand navagation. once again, refer to [login to view URL] and note the rounded edges. > Right Hand Content Area which spans the rest of the table for this area i'll need a set of "boxes" to add content to. these content boxes should have rounded edges, and across the top should have a shaded background so i can float light colored text on top of it as a header. the bottom layer of the template is the footer and spans the entire table. i'm "font challenged" so please include a .css stylesheet with values for headers (<h1>,<h2>, etc. tags), the copywright info which goes in the footer, a smaller font for footer information, etc. one thing OF NOTE is that we can't use a the same .link value for all the links because they'll appear in two different navagation sections and inside content text as well. the color scheme should be (gold and burgundy) or (gold and brown). lastly, the background for the area outside of the main table should be shaded to fit the color scheme (as opposed to plain white).
