Project Description:
I am looking for a designer that can customize my existing E107 Theme. Primary Changes are updating the Black/gray graphics to a cleaner Silver, Black, and Yellow 3D appearance. I need contour, not boxy flat graphics.
My Existing E107 theme is fixed width and I need it to be changed to a high quality fluid width that does not have the overlap errors in many E107 fluid themes.
Here is a quick explanation of updates required.
Header - format to stay the same, just need the color gradients changed.
News Box Graphics - Unchanged
Side Columns - The most work will be done here to change color gradients, size, contour, and make them more appealing
Add Content areas to front page - I need a second "single column" news area added under the existing "2 column news area"
I also need at least 2 content areas and two Square Banner Ad areas added that can go on the right portion of page (possibly even taking the place of the right menu column. ***Basically I need more content areas then the 2 columns of news that show on the home page*** Note: this does not mean to just add an identical 3rd row of news - the content boxes should be different size and possibly different look and will require a different content control in admin CP.

We would like to update our project and clarify that we will only need Graphical Work Done at this time. Please do not send in quotes relating to adding content areas.
Please note that included in the graphic changes, will be 2 versions of the the Content Manager pages (not 2 versions of all graphics - just the content manager plugin pages).
