vBulletin skin from 3.0.8 to 4.2

Project Description:
I will report all generic cut+paste bids as SPAM. Please don't bid if you haven't worked with vBulletin.

We are looking for someone who has VERY detailed knowledge about vBulletin.

We have a forum using vBulletin 3.0.8 that we are upgrading to vBulletin 4.2 Doing this does not allow keeping the same CSS styles.

We want you to transform our vBulletin 3.0.8 style into a more modern look using vBulletin 4.2 Colours, logo should all be the same but slightly modified in order to fit the new design. Our current users should feel at home, but with a more modern touch!

You should deliver a style that we can easily export/import when we upgrade the new forum.

If you are good with vBulletin custom skinning as well as graphics and design, please post your bid here. I would also like a PM sent to me with links of your vBulletin design portfolio so that me and my business partner can choose the best prospective bidder.

- Need someone with EXTENSIVE css design abilities
- Person HAS to be VERY fluent in vBulletin skinning
