I would like to convert this design for an Email template into HTML code for import to Mail Chimp. This is effectively coding for one webpage that will be sent as an email to my subscribers. Please note that I want to include set fields within the blue banner section for merged fields (ie. these tags will be merged in mail chimp however we want to create space and fields within the blue banner section for these to be merged to ) - Practice Name (up to 40 characters) - Practice Address ( up to 100 characters) - Practice Phone number (up to 10 characters)
