2. please note the white tabs under the green rectangle. when you click on them, the image in the green rectangle change AND the text below it changes.
3. we will have three tabs like this.
4. I have an existing header - you do not need to create the header. you only need to create the content below the header.
5. I have created the layout and design.
6. at the bottom there will be a "Contact Us" form - this form will need to send me their data to my email address
7. attached is a PDF of my design. Please note: the attachment does not show the "Contact Us" form - But we absolutely need a professional Contact Us form that matches the look and feel of the page.
7. must work in IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari
8. page must be error free
